Regulatory Compliance
The last thing you may want to do after having received a notice from a regulatory authority is
to contact them on your own. You are better off having a representative contact the regulatory body on your
behalf to determine, among other things, specifically what precipitated their interest in you or your business, the
associated basis for any determinations that have been made and available courses of action.
We deal with regulatory authorities on our client’s behalf to address deficiency letters,
regulatory filings and compliance issues. If you have been contacted by a regulatory authority, please do not
hesitate to contact our office to discuss steps that should be taken to protect your rights and interests: (678)
597-8755.
